I'm a lifelong resident of Elizabethtown and love serving the community I grew up in. We serve the surrounding areas of Radcliff, Fort Knox, Glendale, Sonora, Cecilia, Rineyville, Vine Grove, Lebanon Junction, as well as the whole state of Kentucky. I graduated from Central Hardin High School and earned a Business Administration Degree from the University of Louisville. My State Farm career began in 2013 when my father-in-law, TJ Rhoades, encouraged me to work in his office while finishing up school. I quickly learned how much I enjoyed helping others and knew I wanted to continue offering the products and services that I saw impact our customer's lives. I opened my own agency in Downtown Elizabethtown in April of 2017.
Taking part in the revitalization of Downtown has been an experience that continues to fuel me. Our building was built in the 1880s and is commonly known as the "Old Western Auto Building" as it operated for many years. Insurance isn't known for being exciting, but being downtown has allowed us to add our own flair and create a fun atmosphere. We will greet you with music, a smile, and probably my Border Collie (Leroy). I feel lucky and honored to be in a position to help others manage their risks, protect the things and those that matter most to them, and plan for their future. There is nothing more rewarding for our team than knowing we protected someone and we celebrate that daily.
As someone who celebrated ten years of marriage this year and as a dad to three kids under 4 years old, I understand the decisions you need to make to protect yourself and your family and that sometimes those decisions need to be made quickly, on the go, or while at work. We are proud members of the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce, CASA sponsors, Feeding America Volunteers, Helping Hand of Hope sponsors, Silverleaf Services donors, and took part in assisting Greenspace win a grant of $25,000 for the Bridges to Nature Project. My fellow State Farm agents and I helped supply Hardin County Schools with lanyards when they were needed during the Covid-19 Pandemic. I have even hosted free concerts at the office as a fun way to say thank you and hope to continue to do so in 2021! We are always looking for ways to give back and be active in the community.
